Rent house for longer time?!

 I talked to the owner of the resort today.

I asked if it is possible to rent the house for longer and it is not problem.

I am going to move for sure however I am in no hurry so in December I will decide if I am gonna stay for 6 months more.


I want more privacy and if possible less noice. I do not have any problem with the nouce now but a quite place woyld be nice
