I finally do my ordinary 30 minutes exercise in the morning again.

I started with 15 min, increased to 20 min and now 30 minutes.
💪💪💪
And some days I also do a outdoor gym visit or “powerwalk” or beach walk.
🏝️⛱️☀️🐚
The great thing is, even when I don’t feel like doing the morning exercise… I do it anyways!!!
