Morning Exercise Start

 I have now done my first morning exercise at home, first of many daily to come.

The sleeping mat that arrived yesterday is also my “yoga” mat. 



I am not proud of the data in above picture , proud of doing the exercise I am anyway.

If I haven’t mentioned it before so I have bought extra vitamins as well to make sure I don’t miss out of any nutritions.
