Rain Storm before school

 1 Hour until I need to go to school and it’s a thunderstorm.

Almost all stickers removed from the bike, much better and cleaner look without them. 

Grass-cutter man is outside in the thunderstorm. 

Oooh, a really loud thunder just happened.

Caught in Rainstorm

 Things I realize now, after getting totally soaked in a rainstorm at yesterday afternoon.

Driving home and knowing that rain is coming any minute, I still did drive an extra long way back home.

I shouldn’t have done that.

Realized points:

• My raincoat cannot handle much rain
• Raincoat is like a sauna when also using protection jacket
• It’s dangerous and slippery on the roads 
• You cannot see anything with the visor down or up
• I must buy a car

The rainy season is holding me back and I stay home more than I want to. I don’t mind staying home, however I want to chose when I stay home, not being forced to stay home.

Last Night in Ao Nang

The Swedes are ending their visit in Ao Nang and are going to Bangkok for 2 nights.

Then flying home to Sweden.

It’s been very nice for me, to have friends visiting Ao Nang.

Stevia instead of sugar

 I found Stevia, I was planning on getting a ‘Caramel Macciato’ substitute which most likely have real sugar init. This to make an ice coffee.

So good in the heat.

Now I found Stevia which is naturally sweet with 0 calories.

I avoid sugar, sure sometimes I indulge in some sweet drinks(non alcoholic of course).

Now I can make my own sweet ice coffee at home with milk and zero sugar.

Sunset Nopparat Thara Beach

I came for the sunset and also got to met up with the Swedes again, they had their dtinks and Kanoms (snacks) at Landmark and The Frog bar.

Unplanned visit to Koh Kwang Beach

 So tired that I decided to do a walk on Ao Nang beach and maybe see The Swedes, on the bike I suddenly decided to go to the outdoor gym, in the way I decided to go to the Noppis Island instead, and then, as weather was really great I decided to go to Klong Muang.

While at Klong Muang I decided to go to Koh Kwang beach instead and there I did a “powerwalk”
